- The bathroom is adapted with walk in shower (shower bench or use of a wheeled shower chair), raised toilet, hand bars, bathtub equipped with water pressure lift; and accessible sink.
- Laundry area equipped with front loading washer and dryer
- The kitchen is designed with lower counter tops, accessible sink area, and a computer area.
- The garage is designed to hold an adapted full size utility van and use of the lift.
- Hoyer lifts available.
