Part Time employees have the opportunity to elect several AFLAC insurance policies at a pre-tax group rate. Any employee working at least 22.5-24 hours a week is eligible for our extensive Day-Care Discount at any one of our three locations.
Full Time employees enjoy a multitude of benefits which include FULLY PAID Health, Vision, Dental, Life and AD&D Insurances. Full time employees also have the opportunity to elect coverage for their families at our discounted group rates. Furthermore, Full Time employees have the opportunity to participate in several AFLAC insurance policies and may elect Voluntary Life and AD&D coverage for themselves as well as their dependants. Full Time employees may also participate in a 403(b) with pre-tax deductions. The Day-Care discount also applies to all Full Time employees.
