Employee Testimonials...

"I have been employed by Pathways Adult Training Facility (Waynesburg) for the past four years.  I have been blessed to know that not only have I touched the lives of the individuals, as they have touched mine.  Every day is a new and different one to enjoy...
Christina Phillips, TAA

"I have been employed at RELC (Rainbows End Learning Center, Waynesburg)-Greene since 2001 In this length of time I have enjoyed helping mold many young lives."
Jill E. Johnson, Room Supervisor

"Throughout the year that I have been employed at Your Child's Place, I have found that working with medically fragile children has been one of the best experiences of my life.  It is amazing to be able to watch the children work hard and grow to overcome the obstacles life has given them.  Your Child's Place has given me an opportunity to not only be a nurse but a trustworthy friend to the children and their families.  Not many people get to wake up each day and say "I love my job" but luckily for me I can."
Monica Miller, RN, BSN

"During my two and half years as a speech language pathologist at Pathways, I have worked with a wonderful team of caring professionals who go above and beyond to provide families with early intervention services to maximize their child's development.  The employee benefits included allow me to utilize the daycare services of Rainbow's End and the extended nursing care of Your Child's Place for my two young children.  The caring and concerned staff take excellent care of my boys during work hours, allowing me to provide Early Intervention speech and language services to the children of Washington County."
Lisa Capozzoli, MA, CCC-SLP

"...As a Residential worker, I assist in the daily needs of our individuals with intellectual disabilities.  It is very rewarding to me to know I am part of the bigger picture Pathways has for our community.  Pathways embraces people with intellectual disabilities while helping them realize any goal they set out can be achieved and I know I am part of their accomplishments.  They are God's treasure instructed in us to protect.  The unconditional friendship bonds extend from our individuals to co-workers on to management where we share a common goal to enrich the lives of the people we care for, making Pathways a wonderful place to work.  To ensure the best care for our individuals, Pathways provides us with fourteen paid educational trainings yearly, including first-aid and fire safety certification.  As a full-time employee I receive at no cost to me excellent health care benefits including dental and eye, paid vacation, personal time, sick leave and holiday pay, which is important to both my family and me.  Pathways is an enormous network of intelligent and caring people leaving no stone unturned in the quest to change the lives of people with intellectual disabilities.  I have the security of knowing my knowledgeable supervisor is always available and my co-workders are always willing to lend a helping hand.  I am always gald to brag about my job, so just ask..."
